114.4 to AN Petersen, lbw! Petersen has to go, he isn't going to review this, it was full on off and nipped back into middle and off, Petersen tried to flick across the line and missed, struck dead in front, Kettleborough didn't take too long to raise the finger and Petersen walks off to a round of applause, any talk about his place being in doubt has been well and truly silenced. 362/4
118.6 to AB de Villiers, bowled! AB was tentative in getting forward to a good length ball outside off which nipped back in a touch, played away from the pad and got a thick inside edge which cannoned into leg stump. 381/5
30310613.5312913010
5.1 to GC Smith, Appeal for a caught behind and Aleem Dar is convinced but Smith is referring that, Bracewell got the ball to slant across the left-hander and Smith was far across ton drive, the fielders reckoned the ball clipped the inside edge of the bat and van Wyk was charging forward with the appeal, there was a sound but Hotspot didn't pick up anything, Smith took a while to refer that, however this didn't look too convincing on the replays. 13/1
33.4711363.3514710022
33.5 to HM Amla, Amla goes! Banged in short and Amla, like Petersen earlier in the over, was tempted to play the pull, came onto him quickly and he ended up getting a top edge, was in the air for quite some time, van Wyk got underneath it and clasped it well. 106/2
94.2 to JP Duminy, after two days, New Zealand finally take a wicket, it was a good length ball outside off, probably not full enough for the drive, Duminy went after it and got a thick edge which carried nicely to a relieved Taylor at first slip. Well played though by the left-hander. 306/3
124.1 to JA Rudolph, and Gillespie strikes straightaway! Rudolph can't make the most of his chance in the previous over, nibbled at one angled across him and van Wyk took a good low catch tumbling forward, they checked for a no-ball but Rudolph has to go. 388/6
130.1 to DW Steyn, bangs in a short ball on off, Steyn hasn't got much idea about it and it lobs off the top of his bat into the slips where the dolly catch is comfortably taken. 404/7
146.6 to MV Boucher, five-wicket bag for Gillespie, another one as he goes back-to-back! Boucher departs just short of his fifty, it was outside off and he flashed at it hard, went straight into the hands of the gully fielder. 459/8
148.4 to VD Philander, Gillespie nabs his sixth! Full on the stumps, gets under it and swings with power but finds deep midwicket inches off the rope, and with that dismissal South Africa have declared. 474/9

52.1 to BB McCullum, Steyn strikes, finally, he's created several chances today, banged in short outside off and McCullum wants to go for the pull, he does so, was aiming at square leg, took a thin edge on the way to the keeper. 136/2
87.1 to KS Williamson, Williamson has to go, couldn't resist stabbing at one that shaped away, could have left it alone as he has done this innings, on a good length and moves away further, gets a thin edge as he flirts with it and Boucher makes no mistake. 242/5
2248163.6810011111
35.3 to DR Flynn, Philander strikes! Flynn has to go back, he batted pretty well, short of a good length, angled in from round the wicket and nipped away just a hint, Flynn got back to defend, got a feather to the keeper as it went the other way. 86/1
58.2 to MJ Guptill, trapped in front, Guptill's hard-fought innings ends, short of a good length on middle, this one holds its line and keeps low, Guptill missed it as he tried to defend off the back foot, was trapped plumb in front, South Africa have edged out this session. 145/3
80.3 to DG Brownlie, Philander gets another one! Steyn makes amends for that misfield, short ball and Brownlie goes for the pull, it's a fresh, new ball and it had some extra bounce, got a top edge and Steyn judged it well at fine leg, eventually taking it diving to his left. 219/4
91.2 to DL Vettori, You can't keep Philander out of the game, wicket number four, got this one right, pitched up outside off as it angled in, nipped away as Vettori tried to drive him through the line, gets a thick outside edge and it's neatly snapped up at gully. 263/6
91.4 to DAJ Bracewell, another duck for Bracewell, Philander takes wicket No.50, short of a good length outside off, hung his bat out loosely as he wasn't sure about playing or leaving, got an inside edge onto the stumps. 263/7
95.6 to MR Gillespie, Gillespie goes, Philander takes six, short outside off, made room and cut that to gully, was uppish and AB snapped it diving to his right. 275/9

2117413.529411010
92.2 to CFK van Wyk, New Zealand have collapsed again! Short and wide and he went after it, there was a deep point in place, he cut it straight to Imran Tahir standing there, van Wyk has to go. 263/8

29.4 to AB de Villiers, AB holes out, pitched up and he ends up slicing it towards long-off, didn't get hold of that and was caught by Williamson, and South Africa have declared!. 189/3

21.2 to GC Smith, Bracewell takes a stunner at midwicket! On leg stump and Smith flicked it uppishly, Bracewell dives full length to his right and snaps it one-handed to send Smith back. Remember Matthew Sinclair taking a brilliant catch off Matthew Hayden in the deep at deep square leg? That was to his left. This is very similar in style, just a right-handed version of the catch taken inside the circle at a different fielding position. 106/2

2.2 to DR Flynn, Flynn has to walk back, Morkel's dug that one short and Flynn could not drop his hands on that one in time, was late in doing so and it flicked the glove on the way to the keeper, Flynn's gone for a duck. 1/1
4.5 to BB McCullum, McCullum's been given out and he's called for a review, Yorker from Morkel, lands full on leg stump, was it going down? McCullum moved a little across, the umpire thought it would have hit leg, it would have clipped leg stump according to ball-tracking. Umpire's call and he raises his finger again. 1/2
20.5 to MJ Guptill, Morkel takes three, Guptill goes, couldn't prevent himself from flirting with a goodish length delivery outside off that seemed to nip back in, stepped forward to defend, got a thick edge and Rudolph at gully bent low to take a good catch, fingers underneath the ball, no doubts this time. 32/3
35.5 to DG Brownlie, Morkel, you beauty! If the fielders aren't going to snap the catches, get them out bowled, and that's what he does. Fires in a yorker and that was quick, Brownlie fails to get his bat down in time and that crashes into middle. 83/4
35.6 to DL Vettori, Amazing stuff! Morkel's been mobbed, five wickets! Another yorker, this time from round the wicket and Vettori was clueless, landed in the blockhole on the off stump and Vettori couldn't get his bat down, the off stump was pegged back. 83/5
61.3 to CFK van Wyk, Morkel strikes! Six down now, excellent reaction and South Africa have hit back. Pitched up and van Wyk, who's been growing in confidence, drives that one straight but uppishly and Morkel shows excellent reflexes, plucking that with both hands to his left. 163/6
