Didn't have to wait too long, another wild swing and a miss, this time Eranga bowled it at the stumps and the middle stump was pegged back, he gets Gambhir, the man he dropped. 7/1 16.3 to V Kohli, they finally see the back of Kohli! And Pathan deserves all the credit here, he swings it in late and Dilshan tries to work it across the line and he's beaten, the ball hits the middle and leg stump. This delivery has fetched Pathan several wickets. 7/1 2.1 to WU Tharanga, Pathan nips out two early! This wasn't the best ball, not the best shot either, he chased a wide delivery swinging away from the off stump, got a thick outside edge to first slip. 14/2 4.2 to DPMD Jayawardene, Jayawardene was hit on the pads on the back foot and the umpire was convinced that was hitting the leg stump, he was back at the crease trying to nudge it away, he shuffled across the crease, didn't look too pleased with the decision though, it hit him above the knee roll so it was a marginal call. 35/3 | ||||||||||
