45.3 to RS Bopara, Another one bites the dust! Bopara walks across his stumps and tries to play a cute dab to the leg side. It's a risky shot with the left-arm seamer coming around the stumps. The ball pitches, grips the surface a touch and straightens. The leading edge comes into play and the ball pops straight into Rahul Dravid's hands at short cover. Simple catch and yet another failure for Bopara. 246/6 47.3 to IR Bell, fullish and on the stumps, Bell gives himself a bit of room and tries to drive inside out and loft the ball over cover. Unfortunately for Bell, who has played very well here once again, he just cannot get under the ball enough. The elevation is not there and Dinesh Karthik at cover has to move five paces to his right and take the catch. He gets both hands on the ball and tumbles a bit, making the catch look a bit more spectacular than it was. End of a quality knock from Bell, though and England are losing their way a bit here.. 255/7 49.3 to SCJ Broad, short of a good length, angled in to the left-handed batsman, Broad has an almighty heave, he can't quite connect cleanly, the bat turns in his hand and one hand comes off the bat as the ball gets plenty of elevation but not nearly enough distance. Yuvraj Singh back-peddles at cover and settles under the swirler. Another England wicket falls as the innigns comes towards a close. 273/8 | ||||||||||

13.4 to MJ Prior, Gone! This time Prior plays the big shot to the wrong ball. Munaf pitches one just outside the off stump and it wobbles in the air, not really swinging or shaping one way or the other. It does just enough to beat the bat of Prior who has had an almighty pull across the line. He closes the face of the bat just a touch too early and the ball spears off the edge towards the off side. Piyush Chawla calls for the catch and settles under it, judging it well and holding onto it as he tumbles backwards. That's the first England wicket gone.. 76/1 | ||||||||||

18.1 to AN Cook, Another one! Tossed up, looks gentle and inviting, Powar has put some revs on this ball though and it dips late. That's a beautifully flighted ball. Cook instinctively goes for the sweep shot. The ball does just enough to beat the bat and take the leading edge. It balloons straight up in the air for the simplest catch to Yuvraj Singh at short fine-leg. That's a classical offie's dismissal and Powar is over the moon as Cook is sent on his way. 92/2 38.4 to PD Collingwood, Gone! And Collingwood seems determined here to take his chances and this one doesn't come off. He plays the reverse sweep, does not middle the ball. The ball has done just enough to beat the middle of the bat, take the edge and loop up towards short third-man. Robin Uthappa, the substitute fielder is the man on the spot and he has no trouble settling under the catch. End of a good but slightly frenetic innings from England's captain. 193/4 | ||||||||||

23.6 to KP Pietersen, Here we go again! Piyush Chawls does KP in with the googly. That is a fine piece of bowling from this young legspinner to beat a batsman who plays spin so well. KP jumps down the track plays down the wrong line and is beaten all ends up. This time though the ball is missing the stumps and Mahendra Singh Dhoni pouches the ball cleanly and whips the bails off. That is a tidy bit of work behind the stumps to back up a clever bit of bowling. Big wicket for India!. 118/3 | ||||||||||

43.2 to OA Shah, Very fast, very straight, that one is a rocket from Yuvraj Singh. He;s out-thought Shah comepletely here. Shah was moving around in his crease and trying to give himself some room to free his arms and clear the infield. All he ended up doing was giving Yuvraj a good look at the three stumps. Once he had that Yuvraj nailed Shah with a really quick ball that pretty much uprooted the leg stump. That was a clever bit of bowling from the part-time left-arm spinner!. 226/5 | ||||||||||

10.5 to KD Karthik, And another one bites the dust. It's almost an action replay of the the Tendulkar dismissal. This time it's Stuart Broad with the short ball outside the off stump. Karthik sees it and gently, ever so gently, guides the ball to Alastair Cook in the off side. That is a soft dismissal if there ever was one, and Karthik fails to make use of the chance he has been afforded, being promoted to No. 3. England are in business here!. 36/2 | ||||||||||

9.6 to SR Tendulkar, The sucker punch! Anderson bangs one in short of a length and outside the off. The ball climbs on Sachin Tendulkar as he shapes to cut. As the ball reaches the bat Tendulkar seems to be in two minds over whether to try and keep the ball down or uppercut it over point. In the end he does neither and slaps the ball straight to the man at point. Paul Collingwood settles under the simple catch and England have broken through. This is some quality bowling from England's fast bowlers first up. 35/1 38.2 to MS Dhoni, Gone! Short, a bit of width, Dhoni's eyes light up and he gets in really good position to play the cut shot. Once in position Dhoni gives it all he's got, thrashing the ball really hard. But, just like Tendulkar earlier in the day, it's neither kept down nor hit high up and travels to Paul Collingwood at a comfortable catching height, even if at scorching pace. Collingwood latches on to the chance - he's not like to miss these - and the bowling change has worked. Huge wicket for England with India still needing 92. 190/5 48.1 to MM Patel, Full, straight, fast and deadly. That's the finish you want from a fast bowler when he's bowling to a regulation No. 11. Anderson unveils the leg-stump yorker and Munaf has no answer. The timber is rattled and it's all over as England take this game by 42 runs. 239/10 | ||||||||||

29.5 to R Dravid, Gone! That's the big one! Paul Collingwood won't mind the runs Tremlett has given away as he's come up with the big wicket here. The ball was pitched just short of a driving length and in that zone a shade outside the off stump. Dravid went for the drive but with a slightly angled bat. A thick inside edge and the ball went right back into the stumps, giving Tremlett his first chance to celebrate all innings! That's a huge wicket and one India really did not want to lose at this stage. 140/3 31.5 to SC Ganguly, And another big one for Tremlett! Just after he was carted away with disdain he strikes back. Ganguly opens the face of the bat to a shortish ball outside the off in an attempt to run the ball to third-man. There's a thick edge and Matt Prior throws himself to his left and catches the ball. Tremlett allows himself a big smile and why not? He's just got England another breakthrough that could well put them in charge of this match. 149/4 | ||||||||||

47.1 to Z Khan, Finally one is on the stumps. Panesar tosses the ball up, it dips nicely, pitches and straightens after pitching. Zaheer has a blind swipe across the line, trying to deposit the ball out of the ground perhaps, but misses. The ball heads dead straight and pegs the off stump back. 42.1 to RR Powar, Got him! Another wicket falls to a short ball! It's outside the off, sits up and could have been hit anywhere really. What Powar does though, instead of taking the single and giving the strike to Yuvraj, is go for glory himself. The result is a hard club to midwicket where Ian Bell latches onto a sharp catch and makes it that much harder for India. Not very intelligent batting this from Powar.. 210/6 42.5 to PP Chawla, Yet another soft dismissal and India get one more wicket closer to defeat in this match. Piyush Chawla gets a fullish ball outside the off and only manages to move into line and uppishly scoop the ball to the off side. Once again it's Ian Bell who is prowling in the area and takes a good catch diving forward. That's the 7th Indian wicket gone. 213/7 | ||||||||||
