39.1 to HC Knight, steps down, lofted towards wide long-off... and taken, a solid catch on the run! Knight was looking to hit her third six, in the final over of the Powerplay, but could only pick out a fielder in the deep. Been a quality knock, though. 255/3 48.2 to FC Wilson, bowled, trying to scoop it over the keeper! Think that may have caught the flap of the pad as she moved across and then deflected into the woodwork... either way Asmavia has a second wicket and Wilson heads off after a lively cameo. 357/6 48.3 to JL Gunn, pitched up and driven uppishly - straight to mid-off! Gunn goes off with a pop, picks out a fielder and bags a golden duck. 357/7

3.5 to SJ Taylor, full and straightening, raps the pads... and given! Looked a touch leg side but Chris Brown didn't mull it for too long before raising his finger. This was always the danger in playing across Kaitan's full, straight deliveries, Taylor failed to get bat on it and the ball thudded low into the pads, suspect it may just have clipped leg stump. 22/1 9.1 to TT Beaumont, edged and taken by the keeper! Kainat has another, Beaumont finally comes unstuck aiming a drive at a ball that just shapes away enough to flick the edge before settling in Sidra's gloves, to great excitement. 42/2

40.2 to NR Sciver, heaved in the air, again Sciver targeting the ropes at deep midwicket - but this is taken in front of the boundary! That brings an end to a superb innings from Sciver, she has cut a swathe through the bowling today but Mir finally sees her off. 279/4
10 | 0 | 82 | 1 | 8.20 | 20 | 12 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
42.3 to KH Brunt, bowled 'er! Brunt chops on going back in her crease and swinging a flat bat... Nashra gets a wicket and Pakistan maybe some respite. 298/5

2.1 to Nahida Khan, back of a length, a flaccid waft across the line, and Sciver at midwicket won't drop those! A bit of an innocuous delivery from Brunt if truth be told, but she's opened her account, which will please her no end after her loose display against India. 7/1 8.4 to Javeria Khan, beautiful bowling! A stunningly subtle slower ball, grips on the pitch and explodes through Javeria's defences, pinging out the middle stump with a pleasingly emphatic thunk! Brunt has her second, and Pakistan's slender hopes take a nosedive. 26/2

17.2 to Asmavia Iqbal, pushed through, hit on the back leg swinging across the line... and here it comes, "Slow Death" Williams, raises the finger with solemn deliberateness and Asmavia has to go! Looked a touch leg side and she was quite a long way down - but no DRS in this match, remember. 67/3
