The ICC today announced details of the umpire and match referee appointments for upcoming ODI series and ICC Intercontinental Cup matches in Ireland, Scotland and Canada as well as the ODI and Test series between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Ireland, India and South Africa play in a series of ODIs in Belfast from 23 June to 1 July and Alan Hurst from the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees has been appointed to oversee all five matches.
Mark Benson, Billy Bowden and Aleem Dar, all from the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Umpires, will stand in the games and share third umpire duties on a rotation basis.
Scotland will open its ICC Intercontinental Cup campaign from 27 to 30 June with a match against the United Arab Emirates at Ayr. Paul Baldwin and Norman Malcolm from the ICC Associates and Affiliates International Umpires Panel have been appointed to stand while David Jukes will be the match referee.
The action will then switch to Edinburgh where Scotland takes on Pakistan in an ODI on 1 July. That match will be umpired by Ian Gould of the Emirates International Panel of ICC Umpires and Malcolm, with third umpire being Baldwin.
Two days later, India will take on Pakistan in an ODI in Glasgow. Benson and Gould will stand while Malcolm will carry out third umpire's duties. Both those ODIs in Scotland will be overseen by Roshan Mahanama of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees.
Meanwhile, a three-Test, three-ODI series will take place in Sri Lanka with the host taking on Bangladesh. The series will be overseen by Jeff Crowe of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees.
The first Test takes place in Colombo from 25 to 29 June with Asad Rauf of the Emirates Elite Panel and Suresh Shastri of the Emirates International Panel taking charge.
The second Test is scheduled to take place in Colombo, from 3 to 7 July and Rudi Koertzen and Rauf have been selected to stand. The third Test, from 11 to 15 July in Kandy, will be umpired by Koertzen and Shastri.
The Test series will be followed by the ODIs, which take place in Colombo on 20, 22 and 24 July. Koertzen will umpire all these matches along with a local appointment.
Canada will play two ICC Intercontinental Cup matches in Toronto at the end of June and beginning of July. From 28 June to 1 July, Canada will take on the Netherlands with Darrell Hair of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Umpires and Roger Dill of the ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpires Panel standing in that game.
Ashish Bagai's team will take on the United Arab Emirates from 6-9 July with Courtney Young from the Americas region panel appointed to stand with Dill.
But before that there will be two ODIs in Toronto on 3 and 4 July between Canada and the Netherlands. These games will be overseen by Chris Broad of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees and will be umpired by Hair and Dill.
The appointments for the upcoming Twenty20 Internationals and ODI series between England and the West Indies have previously been announced and may be found, along with all other recent appointments, at https://www.icc-cricket.com/icc/umpires-referees/appointments.html
