Tushar Imran scored his second century in four innings as Bangladesh A bounced back from a demoralising first day at Headingley. After conceding 357 runs and an early wicket on the first day, Tushar's 116 anchored an impressive reply, as Bangladesh were bowled out for 325.
Shahriar Nafees (41) helped Tushar add 77 for Bangladesh's second wicket, and Alok Kapali chipped in with 33. Yorkshire bit back with two quick wickets in the middle order, but Naziuddin's 60 ensured a first-innings deficit of just 33.
That was quickly rendered meaningless as Bangladesh's openers, Shadahat Hossain and Syed Rasel both struck in their opening spells, removing Chris Taylor and Richard Pyrah for 0, but Yorkshire rallied to close on 48 for 2.
