1.3 to M Gilkes, soft dismissal! Full delivery just outside off stump. Gilkes looks to go downtown but does not quite get the contact he desires. The bat face opens up and he slices it straight down mid off's throat!. 3/1 14.2 to GS Sandhu, high in the air and safely pouched! Dug into the track on middle and leg stump. Sandhu backs away and has a massive yahoo at it. Unfortunately for him, he slices it straight up. Henriques settles himself and mid on and does the rest!. 61/9 14.4 to CJ Green, that will be that! Leg-cutter on a length on off stump that grips in the surface and deviates a touch. 4.5 to B Nikitaras, in the air, and taken! Length delivery just outside off stump that holds in the surface. Nikitaras looks to tonk it into next week but loses his shape completely. He has to reach out in front and is also early into the stroke, meaning that he clinks it straight to mid off. 14/2 13.4 to J Davies, straight to fine leg! Length delivery down the leg side, and Davies could have hit that anywhere. Today, though, he can only arrow it straight down fine leg's throat, who after a momentary wobble, holds on! Davies dangles his bat and seems to nick it through to the keeper, who performs a sweet, little juggling act but manages to hold on. Rather surprisingly, the umpire is unmoved. To add to the drama, though, Davies starts walking off as soon as the Sixers opt for the review! All a bit strange but replays confirm that Davies has nicked it, and Sydney Thunder are three down now!. 17/3 9.1 to DA Warner, Warner perishes! Back of a length delivery fired across the batter outside off stump. Warner shuffles across and looks to access the leg side but for the umpteenth time this innings, the ball holds in the surface. Warner does not have a full swing at it and ends up chipping it straight to deep mid wicket. A troubled stay comes to an end!. 38/5 9.5 to DR Sams, chops it on, this is getting from bad to worse for Sydney Thunder! Length delivery outside off stump that comes on a lot slower than Sams expects. He has a waft at it but is again through into the stroke, meaning that the ball kisses the inside edge and smashes into the stumps!. 40/6 11.5 to BCJ Cutting, Cutting bites the dust! Looped up on a full length outside off stump, and that is just far enough away from Cutting's hitting arc.
