Nasir Aziz

A stiff-legged offspinner, Nasir Aziz' flight, accuracy and variations brought him a bagful of wickets in his first years of limited-overs cricket for UAE. A slightly ragged action got him into trouble, however, and Aziz has been reported twice for a suspected illegal action. The first time, in 2011, his action was found to be legal by the Emirates Cricket Board after an analysis, but Aziz was called again after the first round of the World Twenty20 Qualifiers in November 2013. This time, Aziz had to submit to an ICC analysis, which found his doosra to be the only problem delivery. A re-jigged action continued to bring him success, and he was included in UAE's squad for the 2015 World Cup.
