Nehraji, Man of the Match: I have been in good rhythm and luck is also my way. I am working hard and I had a good Champions League. This Man-of-the-match award I am sharing with Hussey. This was not an easy wicket. I was just bowling wicket to wicket and trying to keep him quiet and that puts pressure on Chris [Gayle]. It was slow but still new ball comes onto the bat. You will have to mix a lot in 16-20 overs.

MS Dhoni: 140 is that kind of a score where you don't know whether to go after the bowlers or keep wickets in hand. The dew was less than what we thought but still significant amount of dew. Credit to Ashwin. I felt he bowled really well and was well supported by fast bowlers. I used Raina against Gayle, we did not want left-arm spinners bowling to him. It is very difficult to say what is a par score on this pitch. It is a high-pressure game and maybe they were 10-12 runs short. We have the habit of playing all games. We have had a few off games but we have to play according to the situation in the final.

Kohli: I thought we were 15-20 runs short. Credit to the CSK bowlers. They squeezed us. Good recovery from DK and Sarfraz. But again CSK were too good with the bat. I always think low totals were very tricky. Against top-quality sides like CSK, you have to grab your chances whey they come your way. It would have been a different result had we held onto our chances. I don't think the dew played much of a role. It stayed the same. I am proud of the way we fought it out. The team that was better on the day and showed composure has gone to the finals.

However, Michael Hussey brought his experience to the fore, steering a tense chase with 56 before top-edged a pull to short fine leg. Ashwin picked one off the penultimate ball as CSK squeaked home in another thrilling finish, making their sixth IPL final in eight attempts.
