6.6 to PD Salt, gone now, well taken! Fuller outside off, Salt drives in the air over point, Labuschagne makes good ground in and dives forward. How Australia needed that. 58/1 8.4 to WG Jacks, through him! Lovely delivery. Good length, nips back sharply past the inside edge into the top of middle stump. That moved a long way. 70/2
10 | 0 | 74 | 2 | 7.40 | 26 | 3 | 6 | 0 | 0 | |
24.6 to HC Brook, miscued, and taken at long-off! Zampa hits back. Brook aiming down the ground, skews across it this time, doesn't get the distance and Maxwell takes it. 202/3 28.3 to LS Livingstone, big turn and takes the edge! Livingstone wasn't in line for that one, he made to leg once more, but Zampa found some big rip on his legbreak and he found himself reaching for the ball outside his eyeline. A thin but audible snick into the keeper's gloves, and this innings is suddenly on the skids!. 216/5
10 | 0 | 49 | 2 | 4.90 | 25 | 2 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
27.4 to JL Smith, straight through him! That just gripped from a fuller length, Smith was on the back foot looking to punch it back down the ground, but it turned through the gate and into the timbers! Uncharacteristically soft from Smith, and Australia have a proper foothold now. 215/4 43.5 to MJ Potts, attempts the reverse-sweep, sharp take from Inglis! Potts takes on the ambitious stroke, hitting with the angle across his bows, but the ball skids through below his blade, a flick off the glove and the keeper kept his shape well in spite of the flurry of bat in front of him. 276/9

33.4 to BM Duckett, goes for broke again and holes out to mid-off! Huge moment in this innings, he had been a touch becalmed either side of his hundred but decided Head had to go. This time he doesn't reach the pitch and it's a simple chip down the ground, off a leading edge. Wonderful innings, but England's cascade of wickets continues.... 238/6 37.2 to JG Bethell, wonderful bowling, and Bethell has dragged his toe out of the crease! Inglis is in no doubt! Lovely pace, dipped in front of the batter from round the wicket, forced him to reach for the ball as he climbed through his drive, but the big turn does him on the outside edge, and yep, that's gone!. 250/7 39.4 to BA Carse, blammed on the pads, this looks plumb! Big rip from Head, on a good length, outside off, turns so sharply into the front then back pad, beating the inside-edge by a distance. Carse was trapped on the crease and happy to walk, but Rashid persuaded him to burn a review. To no avail.... 260/8 49.2 to AU Rashid, has a heave through the length! Rashid decided to go down-town, but he didn't make good contact. Labuschagne tracks round at wide long-on, makes no mistake, and England's calamitous innings is done!. 309/10 |

12.4 to MW Short, edged, caught behind! Potts strikes. Full outside off, Short goes for the drive, it's a thin edge through to Smith. 118/2
