15.1 to JD Wildermuth, and strikes immediately. Good length ball on fifth stump, Wildermuth tries to smack this through the off side but doesn't get to the pitch and a healthy edge goes through to Billings.. 107/4 15.4 to BM Duckett, Duckett denied a half-century. Slower ball outside leg stump on a good length, Duckett clears the front leg to heave to midwicket but is through the shot early producing yet another top edge. Billings only has a few yards to shuffle left and pouches it easily.. 110/5

3.1 to CA Lynn, taken at cover! Big moment. Good length at off stump, strides forward and drives. Can't keep it down, although not sure he tried to. Snaffled at head height. Sharp catch. 16/2 14.1 to SD Heazlett, slower ball finally does the trick. A number of chances produced off these but after a number of drops by fielders, Sams calls off everyone on this skier on a mistimed pull to a length ball that swirls behind him. He backpedals and reaches over his head to cling on.. 99/3 18.2 to JJ Bazley, slower ball wicket once again. Sams angles this on a fullish length across fifth stump, Bazley clears the front leg for a leg side heave and is through the shot way too early producing a top edge over point. Cutting jogs 10 yards to his right to cling on with ease.. 124/7

2.4 to M Bryant, first breakthrough! Swings across the line, takes a big leading edge high in the air and is safely taken at point. A mixture of a pull and a whip that stroke. He couldn't get going tonight. 13/1 19.1 to Mujeeb Ur Rahman, back of a length, Mujeeb backs away trying to hit over midwicket but is cramped for room and spoons this gently to mid-on Green, who dives forward on the ring to claim a catch at shin height.. 130/8

16.2 to JJ Peirson, back of a length on fourth stump, googly cramps him for room trying to cut and slices this tamely to backward point. Safe catch at shin height by Ross reaching low to his right on the ring.. 111/6

0.2 to AD Hales, driven straight to cover! Huge start. Length delivery outside off, Hales comes forward to drive on the up and it's a simple catch for fellow Englishman Duckett. 0/1

3.1 to SM Whiteman, straight to deep square leg! Couldn't have found him better. A short-of-a-length delivery, he went for the pull and didn't get the distance. 28/2 3.3 to M Gilkes, full, straight and given! Well, well. The umpire took a while to raise the finger but it's two in three balls. Did he hit it? Hard to tell first replay, might have been two pads. Looked to heading for leg stump if no bat. 32/3
