2.3 to JM Clarke, bullseye! Good length ball pitches on fourth stump and is angled in toward the top of off stump. Clarke goes for a big heave to midwicket and misses, the top of off is pinged with the off stump bail going flying.. 19/1 15.1 to BJ Webster, fullish length on middle, heaves this for deep midwicket but skies this high off a top edge. Labuschagne comes in 20 yards off the rope and settles under this taking it with hands in front of his face tumbling to his left.. 110/4 15.2 to NM Coulter-Nile, length ball on middle, goes for another pull and a top edge swirls behind the keeper to short third man. The fielder Spencer Johnson jogs along the ring behind the keeper and takes a sharp catch reaching to his left at waist height.. 110/5 19.6 to NCR Larkin, slower ball lands on a fullish length on off stump, clears the front leg for an almighty heave to midwicket but edges this fine to the keeper carrying through comfortably at waist height.. 159/7

4.3 to HWR Cartwright, short on fourth stump, goes to pull but is hustled for pace and only manages a top-edge that flutters to mid-on. Khawaja charges forward from the ring and takes this comfortably 10 yards in from the ring at mid-on at head height in stride.. 29/2

1.2 to J Brown, edged, taken at slip! Back of a length outside off, Brown playing away from the body, regulation chance for the bucket hands of Webster. 14/1 3.1 to UT Khawaja, big leading edge, taken at short third! Thought that was going to get away from Luke Wood but he did well. Looking to whip this from outside off through midwicket, ball flew very high in the air. 27/2
4 | 0 | 22 | 1 | 5.50 | 8 | 1 | 0 | 2 | 0 | |
15.2 to JJ Peirson, short of a length, pulls and picks out deep midwicket! Well, maybe there's another twist. Peirson didn't get all of it, simple catch. 125/5

5.1 to M Labuschagne, great return catch! Brilliant work. Labuschagne went for a slog sweep, took a top edge that flew in the direct of mid-on, the bowler turns and tracks back. Does superbly to reach it, dive and hang on. Marnus didn't give himself a chance to look at the new bowler. 42/3

8.1 to SR Hain, and strikes first ball! Hain basically runs past one. Came down the pitch, didn't get anyway near it, turn enough and beat the bat by miles. 59/4 16.5 to JJ Bazley, has he given it away? Yes, taken at long-off! Another swing. Tossed up by Zampa, Bazley tried to go over long-off but just skewed it a little. Tom Rogers made good ground in the end. 136/6 |
