The full ball from Sams beat the flick and hit the pad, to Conway's surprise it was given out. It hit him just below the knee-roll, but looked to go down leg.. 1/1 0.4 to MM Ali, Soft dismissal as Moeen was in two minds on how to play the short ball! The short ball came in with the angle around throat-height and Moeen's hands went for the pull and then retracted but in the meantime, the ball took the edge and lobbed to short-midwicket. Dream start for MI!. 2/2 4.1 to RD Gaikwad, Strangled down leg! It was an innocuous length ball down leg, Ruturaj reached for the flick and the ball took the edge and Kishan took an easy catch. 1.4 to RV Uthappa, Given LBW, DRS is still not available, Uthappa has to go! But this looked adjacent. It was a good length ball that that pitched around middle and beat the flick across the line and hit the pad in front of off. 5.4 to AT Rayudu, Rayudu's been given out caught-behind and he is walking! The back of length ball has cut him in half, he tried to defend it with the full face off the backfoot and it took the inside edge. Rayudu was setting up for the short ball by standing deep in his crease and was squared up.. 29/5 7.3 to S Dube, Edged and taken! Dube stood still and tried to ramp it but all he could do is edge the short ball over middle and off. A good catch by Kishan as he leaps up to reach for it and take it. 12.2 to DJ Bravo, Bullet towards cover sticks to Tilak's hand! A low full toss around off had Bravo come down the ground and try and drive it with all his might. It was hard, aerial and flat, Tilak puts his hands up which was brave by itself and the ball went in the hands. Kartikeya closes his mouth as a reaction to being impressed almost in disbelief. 78/7 12.5 to Simarjeet Singh, Given LBW, CSK review. It looked to have pitched on leg and beat the full-faced defence and hit the front pad just below the knee-roll. Nothing on Ultra-Edge. Fullish length ball again swinging away from seventh stump, Kishan with another wild poke well away from his body and a thin edge goes through to Dhoni at waist height.. 6/1 4.3 to DR Sams, that was always on the cards, especially after Sams missed the juicy full toss on the previous ball. Looked nervy throughout his innings and is beaten by a full inswinger trapped in front of middle below the knee roll. Big appeal and finger goes up immediately. Sams waits 10 seconds before going for DRS but this is a hopeless review. Ball-tracking shows three red lights ripping out middle stump three-quarters of the way up.. 33/3 4.5 to T Stubbs, almost a carbon copy sequence to how Sams fell! Stubbs misses a juicy full toss on the previous ball that should've gone to the boundary and next ball is beaten by a back of a length delivery at 135 kph that traps him playing across the line on the back foot. He's nailed on the knee roll deep in the crease in front of middle. Huge appeal upheld immediately. Unlike Sams, Stubbs storms straight off without reviewing.. 33/4 | ||||||||||
