3.1 to TL Seifert, cleans him up! Beautifully disguised slower delivery that pitches on middle and off. Seifert does not seem to pick it and has a wild slog across the line. He is way too early into the stroke and the ball squirms past the bat before smashing into off stump!. 23/1 | ||||||||||

18.3 to MD Shanaka, Shanaka bites the dust! Slower delivery on a length outside off. Shanaka does not quite pick it and looks to go inside out. Because of the lack of pace, he ends up dragging it to long on. Samarawickrama hurtles in from the fence, slides forward and completes a smart, tumbling catch!. 125/7 | ||||||||||

4.3 to S Daniel, soft dismissal! Slowed up wonderfully on a length just outside off. Daniel, it seems, has pre-meditated the sweep and goes down on one knee too early. Slower delivery on a length just outside off. de Livera, looking for the lap, gets into position but the lack of pace means that he is too early into the stroke. 7.5 to CJ Bowes, has this scraped the stumps? Looks like it! Flighted up on a length on leg stump. Bowes tries the slog sweep again but the length this time is a little shorter. That allows the ball to grip in the surface, bounce a little extra and kiss the outside edge on its way through to Mendis. But hang on, the umpires want to have another look. The square angle shows that the ball clearly clipped the stumps and Bowes will have to go!. 51/3 11.2 to SMA Priyanjan, stumped this time! Flighted up nicely outside off and this drops on the batter very late. Priyanjan tries to go inside out but is nowhere close to the pitch of the ball as it rips past the outside edge. Shakib does not pick it and is camped in his crease, hoping to read it off the surface. The ball, though, spins back sharply and is just too quick for him. Nips past the bat and thuds into off stump.
