And Waseem wins it in style! Gets on one knee, takes this from a good length and just absolutely thumps it over long-on. Colombo win by 9 wickets!

And on that note, it's a wrap from us. Another double-header tomorrow so be sure to join us for that, but until then have a good one!
Thisara Perera: "If you see our performance, we did our best. As a bowling unit we did pretty well. [Was 160 a good total?] I know that the main thing is minimising the boundaries, as well as keeping them under 150. We know our batting unit is strong - Gurbaz, Angelo and Waseem did a good job. As a bowling unit I knew our bowlers could do something special in this track, that's why we picked them. Happy overall. [games going forward?] Whatever situation we have the bench power, so I'm happy with my squad."
Charith Asalanka: "All three departments went wrong, shocking day in the field. The pitch wasn't that bad, definitely could have done better including myself. Usually the surface here is a spinning track, gets stuck in the pitch, so need to get used to the conditions. But that's not an excuse. Still we're happy, we're still in second and hopefully we stay there."
Player of the Match goes to Shadab Khan for his figures of 4 for 10: "[hat-trick ball?] I think that was out, think it was a technology problem. I think it was out. [the pitch] I think it was bit slower, but we just had to stick to our plans. The pitch is definitely helping the spinners, especially when bowling in good areas. [On him being leading wicket taker in the LPL] I struggled in last three months, but that's the beauty of cricket, suddenly you start performing and hopefully that continues with Pakistan as well."
10.30pm Well that was as dominant a win as you're likely to see during this season, as Colombo Striker's romped home by nine wickets and 10.1 overs to spare. Gurbaz was unbeaten on a 33-ball 57, while Waseem ended on 29 off 17. Earlier Shadab grabbed four as the Jaffna's batting crumbled to crawl to 109 for 9. The result also means Jaffna take a NRR hit, while Colombo now have a chance of topping the table if they win their last two games.
good length outside off, swing and miss outside off
Another one is spilled! Gurbaz gets under this and just sends this tens of metres into the sky, straight up. But the man running in just let's it bobble right out near cover
Bouncer and this one slides down leg
Back of a length and Gurbaz looks to flat bat this hard, but it's high on the bat and it dribbles towards extra cover
Well there's one of them! Short and straight, Gurbaz gets inside the line and just sends this soaring over deep backward square leg
Strategic timeout called but Colombo are now just two hits away from a dominant win.
Short again, and this time pulled handsomely to deep midwicket! Desperate dive in the deep but no chance for the fielder
Smoked down the ground! This was tossed up and Waseem has just launched this into the stands. 116 metres
Fifty up for Gurbaz! Length ball on the stumps, nudged into the onside for one
Completely misjudged in the deep! Gurbaz looks to go big once more and ends up skying this to long-on. Rossouw comes in, but comes in too far, ends up overrunning it in the end
swing and a miss! Good length leg break, pitches on off and turns away. Looks for the slog sweep and misses
Play and a miss! Good length and this one rises over middle stump as Waseem looks to back away and loft this over cover
Once more down the track but this time Malinga finds the yorker length, 141kph, squeezed out through cover
Whattayhit! Wowza. Skips down the track and Gurbaz just takes this on the up and smokes it over long-off. Absolutely corker of a stroke
Nice bouncer just outside off, rises sharply past Gurbaz. One for the over called
Back of a length outside off, play and a miss
Short again and helped on its way! This was down leg and Gurbaz got this pull nice and fine
back of a length, 137kph, slides down leg
Here's Eshan Malinga debut. Right arm, over the wicket.
Vinura: "@Odinlass as much as the groundsman been impressive it also comes down to the poor drainage systems i guess in most sri lankan ground when we compare to other countries.kudos to the groundsmen though these guys are heroes of the nation at this point"
Pummelled to deep midwicket! Drags this way too short and Waseem just rocked back and pulled this into the open space in front of square
