2.3 to J Fraser-McGurk, Oh, what a riposte! That's his modus operandi in the powerplay, that was a rapid delivery that nipped back and went with the arm, bounced and crashed into the middle stump, beating McGurk's ambitious hoik towards the leg-side, this is a vital breakthrough because he can take the game away in a matter of few overs and only knows attack. Excellent bowling from Imad, brings all his experience to the fore, not so bright batting maybe. 20/1
8.6 to FH Allen, Imad takes a splendid running catch off his own bowling, Allen got low to slog sweep it and got a bit greedy, ball spun a but and befuddled him he knew he was in trouble, Imad makes a good comeback with his measured and calculated ways, he has the last laugh. Important breakthrough for Orcas - this is the only way they can put some full stops on the score. 95/2

10.1 to MW Short, Pace-off short ball at off, jams his bat down and lustily swings it but didn't get the distance, snaffled by Harmeet at deep midwicket, cool and calm catch at the rope but it has been a fine innings from Short, he didn't want to slow down after the fifty. Wasn't able to get on top of it and couldn't generate much power behind the shot, credit to Gannon for not giving him pace. 106/3
12.3 to CJ Anderson, Chopped on, Anderson's misery comes to an end, unlucky but that's what happens when you're horribly out of touch. It was a short of a length delivery at leg-stump, he took a few steps down the track and loaded up for a powerful smack towards midwicket, got the edge and unluckily for him it hit the middle-stump, but you can understand the decision to attempt a big shot, didn't want to chew more dots. 115/4
17.4 to Hassan Khan, Length just outside off, he has sent that miles in the air towards long-on, Harmeet was charging in from the rope, he tracked the ball from the bat, through the air, towards him and then into his safe pair of hands, hangs on to it brilliantly as another wicket falls down. Gannon picks another - what a day he is having with the ball, he is the one who triggered the slide. 150/6

19.6 to SP Krishnamurthi, Short of a length around the line off, takes the aerial route and hasn't got enough on it, easy catch for Gannon at deep midwicket. He holes out on the last delivery and couldn't generate much power on this slowish delivery, nicely bowled. 165/7
403418.5060301
13.1 to JP Inglis, Round the wicket, bit short ball angling in from outside off, he shimmies away to play the inside-out drive and couldn't time the shot well, that hung in the air for a while and then landed into the hands of Gannon at deep cover, the pressure of dots tells, brings up another wicket, SO on the ascendency. 119/5

9.3 to Q de Kock, Will that open the floodgates? Tossed up and follows him as he steps outside leg stump for seemingly a slog sweep, remains committed to the shot and swings for the fences but it doesn't go all the way, Hassan settles under and takes a comfortable catch at deep square. SO need a partnership and can afford to have some quiet overs. 79/2

13.3 to H Klaasen, It's that man again, Allen takes a sprawling running catch at long-on, timed his dive perfectly while running to his right and the eyes were locked at the ball. SO's captain departs for just six which means they're now in a spot of bother. It was a full ball that was angled towards him. 98/5
403518.7573120
10.6 to GSNFG Jayasuriya, Jockeys across on off and tries to pull the short wide one over deep fine but couldn't control the shot and got searing bounce; ended up giving a simple catch to the substitute fielder Karima Gore at short fine. 87/3
403007.5093110
402636.50133100
8.3 to RD Rickelton, Pitched up and rolls his fingers across the seam and gets appreciable inward movement towards off-stump, beating his outside edge comprehensively and shatters the stumps, Plunkett loved it. Need more wickets to stay in hunt. 76/1
12.2 to Aaron Jones, Plunkett picks up his second, Aaron Jones cannot believe what he has done! Cross-seam hard length ball just outside off, early through the shot and bat closed when he played that down the ground, wasn't hit very had so Plunkett had enough time to get in a good position to pouch that, vital breakthrough.. 96/4
16.6 to Harmeet Singh, That's a screamer, short at the body and he launches the ball straight into the hands of Short at deep midwicket, fielder made sure he didn't overrun and was cognizant of the rope, Plunkett with a fist-pump, stunning team effort. 128/6
