16.6 to MG Bracewell, this has been a superb over from Pandya to Bracewell. He has softened him up, and now is the finisher. Two bouncers, one full ball, and now the highest of the bouncers. Bracewell goes for the hook, gets the top edge, Arshdeep takes it overhead at fine leg, is very close to the boundary skirting, but lobs the ball up before he steps out and comes back to complete the catch. 80/6
3 | 0 | 17 | 1 | 5.66 | 11 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
4.4 to DP Conway, given caught behind, but Conway reviews it straightaway. Was full outside off. Conway went for the reverse sweep, and the ball lobbed up towards Kishan off the pads. The question is, was there any bat or glove involved too? The UltraEdge shows the ball indeed brushed the wrist. So New Zealand lose their review as well. 28/2
2 | 1 | 4 | 1 | 2.00 | 10 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
3.3 to FH Allen, Chahal strikes. Allen went for the reverse sweep to this full delivery around off but missed. The ball hit him on the back leg before ricocheting onto the stumps. Chahal roars. 21/1
4 | 0 | 17 | 1 | 4.25 | 9 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
6.5 to GD Phillips, New Zealand lose their third wicket, all three to the reverse sweep. Was on the fuller side of the good length, pitching around off and carrying on with the arm. Phillips went for the reverse paddle, exposing more than two stumps, but the ball went underneath the bat and disturbed the woodwork. 35/3
4 | 0 | 17 | 1 | 4.25 | 10 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
9.6 to DJ Mitchell, bowled! A length ball outside off and spinning back sharply to sneak through the gap between bat and pad. Mitchell was looking to defend but has been bamboozled. New Zealand reeling at 48 for 4 at the halfway stage. 48/4
2 | 0 | 7 | 2 | 3.50 | 7 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
17.4 to IS Sodhi, another sharp bouncer. Shoulder high, around off. Sodhi clears the front leg, trying to hook this over midwicket, but manages just the top edge to mid-on. 83/7 17.6 to LH Ferguson, and yes it is a bouncer, and a lovely one. Rising towards his shoulder. Ferguson fends at it, tries to drop the bottom hand, but still the ball lobs up high enough towards where a gully would be. Kishan and backward point both go for it, and Washington makes it first. 83/8

3.5 to Shubman Gill, taken at deep square leg. A length ball around off. Gill went back, deep in his crease, to pull it. But the ball turned in to take the top edge. A straightforward catch for Allen. 17/1

10.4 to RA Tripathi, two dots, pressure created, Tripathi looks to break free with a big sweep, and he manages just the top edge to deep midwicket. Phillips takes the catch to his right. Once again Sodhi hasn't bowled it with the perfect seam position. It is more cross-seam, and it goes straight on after pitching. 50/3
