17.5 to JM Clarke, fuller ball on the leg stump line. He flicks it straight into the waiting hands of the fielder at deep midwicket. Clarke and Nabi couldn't accelerate enough and it might come back to bite Karachi Kings. 110/5

9.2 to Sharjeel Khan, Wonderfully done! Floats this one right into his arc but it's a googly, Sharjeel swipes across the line and ends up skewing it into the off-side. Shan Masood runs around from backward point and gobbles it easily.. 66/1 16.1 to Mohammad Nabi, fuller ball on the stumps. Nabi wants to flick it and can only get a leading edge that seemed to be going over Tahir's head. Tahir leaps up and takes the catch. Yes, there's a celebratory run and a talk with Rizwan as part of celebrations. 103/3 16.4 to TA Lammonby, short of a good length delivery on the middle stump line. The pitch is slower. Hence, the ball doesn't bounce as much the batsman thinks it would. He goes for the pull and misses. The ball hits the middle stumps and Tahir lets out a roar. 105/4
2 | 0 | 8 | 1 | 4.00 | 4 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
10.4 to Babar Azam, fuller, flighted delivery on the stumps. Babar rushes out to send it sailing over long-off, but doesn't make the connection. He lofts it straighter than he wanted to. Willey settles under the ball and takes the catch comfortably, much to the delight of the bowler. 71/2

4.6 to Shan Masood, Gregory hangs on at the cover region! Pitched up by Ilyas, well outside off, Shan leans into a perfectly-timed drive but fails to keep it down, Gregory is looming around the edge of the circle and hangs on to the catch.. 38/1

14.1 to Sohaib Maqsood, Wonderfully done. Sees Maqsood dancing down the track and fires it down the leg-side. Excellent take by Clarke who knocks the bails off in a flash. Nabi, with his street-smartness, wins this mini-battle against Maqsood. 101/2 14.5 to RR Rossouw, Tossed up outside off, brings out the reverse sweep now but fails to make the connection again. There is a dim appeal for a caught-behind but no interest shown by the on-field umpire. Karachi Kings have decided to go up-stairs. There is a clear spike as the ball passes the bat and Nabi's got two in the over!. 103/3 |
