4.3 to Ahmed Shehzad, What a catch from Bravo (thank goodness at least he is not down in India). Running behind, watching it over his shoulder, and then diving full length. The response to the driven four is natural: a short delivery. Shehzad gets a chunky top edge, which seems to be flying over square leg. Bravo runs backwards, keeps his eye on the ball, and then dives at the last instance, getting both hands to it. First wicket of the series for Roach. 15/1 40.4 to Shahid Afridi, Powerplay strikes, Afridi is gone. Good short ball, around his face, Afridi tries to pull of the front foot, ends up hitting it limply to mid-off. Clearly late into the shot. 182/3

38.2 to Asad Shafiq, And it is the midwicket's coming in that seems to have triggered this wicket. Shafiq seemed to be going over midwicket, but ends up hitting this length delivery just to the right of long-on, who moves well to complete a simple catch. 168/2 49.3 to Tanvir Ahmed, this one is even slower, taking ages to come until Tanvir can wait no longer and swings at it, only managing a bottom edge into the stumps. Could be a crucial cameo, though, 18 off 12. 244/9

43.5 to Misbah-ul-Haq, this is not quite the classical Misbah dismissal, but is half way there. It is bowled flat, well down the leg side, and would have been wide had Misbah stood his ground. However, Misbah is making room, only to miss it, and let his pads ricochet it onto the stumps. 210/4 45.1 to Mohammad Hafeez, Bishoo has got the big wicket. Bowled full and straight, near yorker length on leg stump, Hafeez looks to make room to guide it into the off side. Turns out he makes too much room and misses it. Bowled. 219/5 45.4 to Hammad Azam, Doesn't matter. Bishoo gets the wicket next ball. Leg break that pitches outside leg, Azam looks for the paddle sweep, doesn't go down on it properly, and ends up lobbing it to short fine. 220/6 |

0.2 to KA Edwards, Edwards gone first ball. Slightly strange batting. A very open stance for the left-arm bowler, the ball pitches outside leg, angles away, Edwards hands his bat out, and it kisses the edge on the way through. Squared up by a regulation delivery. 1/1 8.4 to DM Bravo, What a horrible horrible shot! Birthday boy Lara won't approve. This would have been a wide outside off had Bravo not decided to try and hit the leather of it. All he manages is the toe end, which settles with third man for an easy catch. 57/2

25.4 to LMP Simmons, And West Indies self-combust. One just wonders if one has to do anything more than wait for West Indies to self-combust. Simmons, looking to press on with the scoring, makes room and lofts this length ball straight to deep point. An entertaining innings, but he has left the job unfinished. As Ian Bishop mentions on air, it is not so much the shot that is wrong, but the timing of the shot: in the over immediately after WI had lost a wicket. 135/4

24.3 to RR Sarwan, Sarwan ends what has of late become - and it pains me to say this, because he has been a fine player - a typical Sarwan innings. Eat up a lot of balls, build up the pressure, then hole out. Was looking to hit this over extra, I presume, but ends up hitting straight down long-off's lap - for 28 off 56. 132/3
