Got an outside edge and Gurbaz throws himself to his right and takes it one-handed inches off the ground. The in-form man is out early. 7/1 4.1 to BKG Mendis, Mendis miscues an attempted scoop and it's lobbed up straight to short third. It's full outside off, he goes across and looks to scoop it fine on the leg side, but gets a top edge and it's a dolly for Omarzai. Farooqi taking the pace off worked wonders. 36/2 17.5 to M Theekshana, Farooqi has a third! Dug in short again, this time Theekshana wants to pull. 5.4 to DM de Silva, Can he clear deep square? No! Banged in short outside off and angling into de Silva. He hit it well, pulling as he swivelled, but he hit it straight to the fielder, who takes it above head height. An intent-filled knock from DDS comes to an end. 48/3 15.6 to PW Hasaranga, Hasaranga holes out at long-off! Slower ball outside off, Hasaranga went for another drive down the ground, but doesn't time this at all. It goes high in the air and Ibrahim settles under it before taking it easily. 18.1 to MD Shanaka, Hit straight to backward point! Omarzai goes for the wide yorker and Shanaka was looking to steer it fine on the off side. He ends up slicing it straight to Naib, who enjoys some catching practice. 155/9 18.6 to B Fernando, Slower ball does the trick. Afghanistan bowl Sri Lanka out for 160! 7.2 to KIC Asalanka, Has he strangled him down leg? Afghanistan review. This was a length ball dragged down leg side. Asalanka went after it, trying to flick it. Gurbaz is convinced he's nicked it and convinces Ibrahim to review. And he is vindicated as UltraEdge confirms there was a slight inside edge! Afghanistan have a fourth! It straightened after pitching to take the leading edge as Gurbaz looks to whip it leg-side. Goes high and behind the wicket. Shanaka takes the catch and Pathirana is pumped!. 71/3 16.1 to Karim Janat, Huge shout for lbw, and it's given! Length ball around off, Janat was looking to work it leg side but played for the wrong line. He is hit around the knee roll of the front pad. No bat involved. And ball-tracking shows that's hitting top of middle and leg. Pathirana gets the breakthrough, ending Janat's cameo. 125/6 18.3 to Noor Ahmad, Castled! The yorker is on target there. Noor Ahmad got nowhere near the last one, he gets nowhere near this one. This one wasn't as full, but it goes under the bat and smashes into off stump.
