4.2 to BL Mooney, Pandey extracts revenge and Mooney is a goner! She changes angle and comes around the wicket, and angles it into Mooney. It is the longer boundary and yet she went ahead with the pick-up shot. Found Prasad at long leg to perfection. The smiles get wider in the Capitals camp. 20/3
4.3 to KS Gautam, Niki Prasad, you cannot do that! That is a skier and she perfectly judges it to pull off a smart, diving catch. Pandey digs it into the surface, it climbs quite high and sharply at that. Gautam goes back to pull but it gets big on her and she only hits it high in the air towards deep midwicket. Prasad runs in, has here eyes on the ball and dives forward to take that safely. Two-in-two for Pandey. 20/4

3.1 to H Deol, Edged and gone! The move to promote Deol to open has not worked for Giants. She did not look at ease against Kapp, who lands this one on a good length and gets it to move away. She is neither forward nor back, and just fishes at it to get an edge to the wicketkeeper. Early wicket for Kappitals!. 16/1
3.4 to P Litchfield, Huge appeal, given! Looked very, very close, Litchfield consults Mooney and opts for the review. Kapp once again gets a length ball to shape in from just outside off. She goes back and across and looks to play it across the line to the on side. She is beaten on the inside edge and that always looked trouble. Three reds on the Hawk-Eye and Litchfield is out for a three-ball duck. What a start for Capitals. 16/2

8.1 to A Gardner, Timberrrrr! Sadhu is on the board and it is the big one of the in-form Gardner. She lands it on a length outside off, not a driving length but Gardner goes for it. It nips back in, takes the inside edge and flattens middle. Capitals continue to slay Giants. 41/5

10.5 to DJS Dottin, bowled her! Sharp movement back in again, and this the off stump is flattened. Shorter side of a length around fifth stump, and there's also some good bounce apart from the shape into the batter. Dottin is jabbing at it with some gap between bat and pad, and that is enough for the ball to hit the top of off. Beautiful seam position by Sutherland, as she swung it in. 60/6
18.6 to Simran Shaikh, taken by Lanning! She was at extra cover, and kept moving back even as she had to keep her eyes on the ball, which was skyed up by Simran. Lanning took it with a reverse cup, as Simran ended up lofting the ball pretty high off a full length around fifth stump. 121/8

19.4 to Meghna Singh, bowled her! The leg stump is uprooted. Jonassen got this to dip on a fullish length on leg, and the ball seemed to have straightened in towards Meghna. The latter was looking to sweep with her front leg out of the way, but missed, as there was also some extra bounce in play. 122/9

3.3 to MM Lanning, Castled! Gautam roars, the stumps are flattened, courtesy a 108kph rocket! Back of a length ball angling in on off and middle, Lanning swipes across the line but misses and is clean bowled. She has not been at her clinical best this season, especially against good, fast bowling. Giants strike early and keep this chase interesting. 14/1
13.1 to A Sutherland, taken! Great catch by Mooney! She took it at the second attempt, even as she was falling down. On a short of a length around seventh stump, and with a scrambled seam from Gautam. The ball straightened after pitching, as Sutherland looked to punch at it while reaching out. She got a little outside edge which was dropped on the first chance by Mooney, but the latter did well to recover and take it eventually. 115/4

9.4 to Shafali Verma, Oh what happened there? Only Mooney appeal audibly and the umpire raises the finger! Shafali wants to review. It is tossed up, lands it on a length and slows it down. Shafali goes back to tuck it away across the line but is early into it and is beaten on the inside edge. Very close. No inside edge, three reds on the Hawk-Eye and Shafali is out of here. Gardner hardly appealed there but that is the end of the Shafali Verma show in Bengaluru tonight. 88/2

12.4 to JI Rodrigues, lofted to mid-off! Fulmali moves to her left and grabs it with both hands. Rodrigues decided that she too wanted to bat aggressively like Jonassen, and advanced down the track. It was a length ball angled in, and arriving outside off. She wanted to clear the in field, but missed out. 114/3
