1.6 to CT Bancroft, oh dear - the reverse-lap goes horribly wrong, and the Renegades are on the board! On a fullish length, following Bancroft outside leg. He gets cramped for room on the stroke and only gets the height. No distance at all and Zampa does the rest at short third!. 19/1 | ||||||||||

13.2 to SW Billings, oh my days, put a cape on Will Sutherland! And hang that in whichever museum you want to! An unreal catch that you will have to see to believe! Low full toss on the stumps. Billings opens up his stance and powers it towards mid on. He feels he has enough on it. Until...Sutherland enters the equation. He flies to his right, flings out his right mitt over his shoulder and then plucks it out of thin air. Thank you very much!. 87/4 | ||||||||||

7.1 to SE Rutherford, edged and gone! A stunning take and Rutherford has been put out of his misery by Sutherland! Back of a length, pushed across the batter outside off. Rutherford goes flashing at it and gets a healthy nick. Seifert tracks it all the way and then snaps it up with a sharp one-handed lunge to his left. A terrific grab, and the Renegades are rewarded for their tidy bowling!. 43/2 | ||||||||||

9.1 to O Davies, goes straight up, and Zampa is among the wickets now! Given a bit of air on a length on middle and leg. Davies advances, looking to go over long on. Does not get to the pitch, though, because he, like many others before him, is deceived in the air by Zampa. Holds a little in the surface too and Davies skies it to Evans, who takes the catch well inside the long on fence!. 56/3 | ||||||||||

7.5 to TL Seifert, miscued and Billings takes it! Hard length on middle and leg. Seifert has a hack across the line and makes an awful mess of it. Goes straight up and Billings calls very early. Tracks it and takes the catch ultimately in the short third region. Agar with the breakthrough, and this could be a big moment in the game!. 55/2 13.4 to MW Harvey, catching practice for long on! Agar keeps taking pace off and finally reaps a reward. Nothing to work with for Harvey and he chalks his slog, picking Bancroft out to perfection on the fence. Bancroft did not have to move an inch, and the Renegades keep losing wickets!. 95/5 13.5 to W Sutherland, trapped lbw first ball! Sutherland has reviewed, though! Fullish, pitching just outside off and nipping back in a smidgen. Sutherland falls over and is beaten for pace on the flick. Gets thumped on the front pad and that seemed pretty adjacent in real time. Replays confirm no bat is involved, and Ball Tracking has the ball thundering into middle and leg stump. Sutherland has to go, and he takes a review along with him too!. 95/6 17.6 to LJ Evans, nicked and gone! Agar has four, and is that the game?! Full outside off. Evans' eyes light up looking at the width and he throws the plumbing at it. All he manages, though, is a healthy edge and Billings makes no mistake at all. 4.2 to J Brown, holes out to long on! Back of a length on middle and off, and this sticks in the surface. Brown, looking to punch it aerially, does not manufacture the power he wants and that brings Green into play. He runs around to his left, settles under it and completes the catch. 9.1 to JG Bethell, oh, what has happened here?! A slower ball that ends up being a high full toss. Bethell does not pick it and is completely flummoxed by it. Dips past his swipe and then crashes into the top of off stump on the full. The top of off is what bowlers are after, but this is a little more conventional than what is usually deemed desirable. Works for now, though. Works very well for the Sydney Thunder and Daniel Sams!. 59/3 15.1 to F O'Neill, a huge appeal, and the finger goes up! Sharp short ball on leg stump and this climbs through. O'Neill was shaping for the pull but was incredibly late on it. The ball seems to brush the glove before being pouched by Billings. 10.5 to J Fraser-McGurk, Green gets the big fish! This is metronomic bowling. Not offering JFM any room or any getaway strokes. Hones in again, full on the stumps. JFM tries to work it down the ground but only ends up popping it straight to Green, who is elated and unsurprisingly. This could be a pivotal moment in the game!. 68/4 | ||||||||||
