Well bowled, well captained, theres that brilliant use of the fielder at that position, Vaas has struck early. 13/1 8.4 to HH Dippenaar, gone, superb 'keeping! Pitches on leg stump and moves in, Jayasuriya gets that pad too far across, rapped, everyone appeals, looked like it would have taken the top of middle and leg, umpire Harper takes his time and then raises the finger, Pollock strikes. 9/1 10.6 to KC Sangakkara, Pollock strikes! Short of a good length on middle and leg, rears from where it lands and angles across Tharanga, squares him up outside off stump and forces him to fish, and he gets a simple edge through to Boucher, great delivery from Ntini. 21/2 36.1 to M Muralidaran, And then there were one. This one lands on a good length outside off and seams in, Atapattu leaves it alone, then sees the ball come in sharply and tries to get the bat down but he's ever so late and the ball clips the top of off stump, beautiful delivery and Nel's letting everyone know what he feels about that wicket. 34/4 33.1 to TM Dilshan, Oh What a catch by Gibbs! It was screaming to his left at point when he dived to come up with the catch. Dilshan had carved a short of length delivery but couldn't keep it down and paid for it. 114/7 35.5 to SL Malinga, Bulls eye this time.
