1.5 to T Bhatia, taken at midwicket, and it's superbly done by Lanning. She tracks a steepler - it's another miscued, down-the-track slog - moving to her right, eyes always on the ball and snaps it up, cool as you like, over her shoulder. 5/1 15.4 to V Krishnamurthy, that's a screamer!!! Vlaemick, the debutant, with a catch for the ages. Oh, she's going to relive this for a long, long time. A tad short and spinning in, Veda swivels and pulls, and Vlaemick at square leg leaps full-length to her right, arching back and hand outstretched to pluck it outta nowhere!. 131/4

18.1 to S Mandhana, comes down the track and lofts this fuller one straight into the hands of long-on. Ellyse Perry moves forward and takes it reverse-cupped. India have lost a lot of ground now. Big, big blow. 154/6

6.3 to JI Rodrigues, sends an outside edge flying to short third man as she lashes at the sight of some width outside off. Villani latches onto the chance low. 49/2 13.3 to H Kaur, chipped in the air, off the toe end. Opens up again at the sight of some width. Perhaps should've moved a little closer to it. Slices it to cover who gets under it. 117/3

16.2 to D Hemalatha, chopped on. India losing some ground here. Drags a pull from well outside off, gets a bottom edge that clatters into the stumps. Five down now. 136/5 19.4 to A Reddy, length ball that stops on her a bit.. a slower ball, chipped to mid-off where Bolton, the sub, puts in a well-timed jump to snaffle it over her head. 166/7 19.6 to DB Sharma, straight through. A big swing across the line to a straight ball that's pretty full and clatters into middle as Deepti misses. 167/8 |

16.6 to S Molineux, another one goes down. These lofted strokes are fetching them no reward with the lack of pace. Pitched up invitingly. Molineux swipes and musters up all the power she can, only goes so far as long-on who takes it easily. 103/6 19.1 to M Schutt, goes right across the stumps and swipes for a big heave over the leg side but gets a top-edge to the left of the keeper who easily takes it. 118/8 19.4 to TJ Vlaeminck, a stumping ends the game. A big charge down the ground. Not full enough and can't get to the pitch. Pokes feebly at it and the ball goes past the outside edge and Bhatia whips the bails off in a flash. 119/9

4.1 to EJ Villani, gone.. straight to deep midwicket. Advances down the ground, this is shortish but she's able to pull despite stepping down. Only that she doesn't get the elevation she required as a result of getting closer to the pitch. Sails flat into the hands of Veda. 27/1 4.2 to BL Mooney, bowled! Around the legs. Back-to-back strikes for India. Looped up around leg stump, Mooney gets down to sweep but the ball goes on straight to miss the shot and clatter into the stumps. 27/2

9.1 to MM Lanning, held at deep midwicket. Lanning tries to force the pace.. had to with the required rate mounting. Forces a sweep without enough room to have a free swing, gets a top-edge and Veda runs to her right to hold on to a smart catch. 56/3 17.4 to DM Kimmince, oh, great catch!. Another lofted stroke attempted, this time by Kimmince, who doesn't get hold of it at all as she fails to get underneath it entirely. Some elevation but next to no distance and Radha runs back and throws herself forward to complete a superbly-judged catch. 105/7

10.4 to A Gardner, flighted on off, charges down the ground desperately looking for a big hit. But it's so slow through the air that it barely comes on. Leaves it to the batsman to muster up all the power they can. Gardner can only knock it as far as long-off where Veda takes it easily. 59/4 15.1 to RL Haynes, beautifully bowled! Poonam slants it across with enough loop and flight to draw Haynes out of the crease. Goes straight with the arm and beats the flashing bat of Haynes as the keeper does the rest. 90/5
