0.4 to Shafali Verma, chopped on! Brunt gets Verma once more. Was a length ball outside off, Verma tried to clear her front leg and hit across only to manage an inside edge on to the stumps. England have an early breakthrough. 1/1 16.2 to S Mandhana, another sharp low catch from Sciver. At deep midwicket. Attempted slower ball at middle stump, picked up on the full and thumped across the line, but couldn't get elevation on it. It dipped quickly but Sciver had that covered. End of a pristine innings from Mandhana, really lit it up today. 122/5

12.1 to H Kaur, and Sciver strikes first up! Or so I think, India have reviewed. This looks plumb. Full, cross seam, slanted into off and middle stump at a length. She plants her front leg right across and looks to flick on the angle. Misses comprehensively and is struck right in front. No bat on that. And that is smashing middle and leg. Kaur maybe hoped that was sliding down, but this is bang on. Sciver comes on and does the job immediately. 81/3

3.3 to H Deol, An excellent catch from Sciver. Fuller on the stumps, Deol went for the slog sweep only but the ball hit the inner half of the bat and went towards short midwicket where Sciver dived forward and got her fingers underneath it. 13/2 15.4 to S Rana, tonks middle stump. Quicker ball from wide of the crease. Landed at a length on off stump, headed towards middle and then quickly past the attempted sweep. 116/4 19.3 to RM Ghosh, hits the top of leg. Arm ball again. At a length and sliding on as she backs away and exposes the stumps again. Looks to slap it on the rise but that's too quick for her. Nice little cameo from Ghosh. 149/6

3.3 to TT Beaumont, big sweep, and that looks plumb! There's a long pause for thought from the umpire, but he's sure enough in the end. It was a big stride, but that slammed the shin. Beaumont reviews, and that's smashing leg!. 20/1

16.2 to NR Sciver, skips through an attempted pull! Sciver played for some turn but got a bit of skid off the deck in the evening dew, and back goes her middle stump! A glimmer for India?. 132/2
