1.2 to DA Warner, Bowls an absolute zinger! Brings it back from the channel, and clatters the off-stump, he plays down the wrong line as Naseem gets the big fish. It was an absolute jaffa; swung two deliveries away and then nipped this one back taking Warner by surprise. 5/1 16.5 to Khushdil Shah, Naseem is on fire tonight! Bouncer dug in and it's growing on him, Khushdil is strangled down leg and tries to pull it away, ends up feathering it to the keeper off the glove actually; umpire agrees and it's another dagger in KK's middle-order. 93/6

3.6 to JM Vince, Stumps shattered, what a sight! What a fabulous start from Kings; pacers are right on money and United are finding it tough to weather the storm. Change of length, purposefully pitches it fuller and gets it to nibble, he searches for the line and gets squared up a touch, sees the bails flying all over the place. Another vital scalp, Holder continues his good form with the ball Vastly experienced and he has started his PSL with a bang. 22/2 17.6 to Aamer Jamal, Hits the deck hard and gets fierce bounce, he prances down the track and commits to the hook, gets a top-edge and is taken by Imad at short backward square. 102/7

12.3 to TL Seifert, You could just sense a wicket was around the corner, drops short and it skids on towards middle, he goes back and towards leg-stump, trying to heave it over Imad's head but there wasn't enough elevation and Imad got in the way, took the catch and followed with an interesting celebration, dancing and smiling. Islamabad right on top!. 71/4

9.3 to Saad Baig, Drops it on a length and gets a hint of turn outside off, he advances and tries to go big downtown, ends up skewing it away to the fielder at backward point; tried to break the shackles and lost his wicket in the process; KK not able to find any fluency so far. 61/3 15.1 to Irfan Khan, Bowls a beautiful googly that spins in fractionally at middle-stump line and he gets stuck rooted deep in the crease trying to flick it away but by then the ball had already struck his pads and it looks plumb; he doesn't bother with the review. Another man down for KK; need a major rebuilding from here to put a respectable total. 89/5

4.1 to Sahibzada Farhan, Oh, that's a wonderful sprawling catch from the KK captain and they have got a big one; it's the man in imperious form, Sahibzada gets a bit flabbergasted by the slower one and miscues the skier, slicing the ball in the air and Warner backtracks and gobbles it up somewhere at cover and mid-off, excellent running catch. KK need to strike regularly, they have a window. 34/1 4.5 to C Munro, Hasan Ali, you beauty, he has been in stellar form this PSL season. It reminds me of the 2017 Hasan, man that came back viciously from outside off, massive inward movement and honestly there's not much Munro could have done about it, it came back a mile and made a mess of his stumps, incredible delivery and as usual the generator celebration is out, always a pleasant sight watching a fast bowler celebrating with energy and vigor. 38/2

16.6 to Shadab Khan, Abbas slings a heat-seeking yorker and flummoxes Shadab; middle-stump askew as Abbas celebrates with vigor; rare bright spot for Kings today. 128/4

13.3 to Azam Khan, Nabi makes a mark straightaway; introduced a bit late, right? Flighted delivery holding its line on off with no real pace and Azam was undone by the flight, wanted to smoke him out of the park over deep midwicket but he was early through the slog sweep and the off-stump is disturbed. 103/3 |
