2.4 to Saim Ayub, See the pressure of dots was building up and that always increase the chance of an unforced error. Cleverly bowled short and wide of off, luring him to have a hack at it and he obliges, swatted straight into the hands of Vince at backward point who was blind sighted due to the lights but pouched well around his head height. 9/1

16.2 to Mohammad Haris, Abbas is good at these cunning slower ones; specialist at it and he is able to nail his slower ones in this PSL so far unlike in green jersey for Pakistan in the previous New Zealand tour. That dipped in from a shortish length on middle, he forces it with minimal timing to Warner at wide mid-off and is livid with himself. 115/6 18.1 to Abdul Samad, Flirts with the back of the hand slower fuller delivery way outside leg-stump and sweeps it to Hamza at short fine; soft dismissal I'd say; looks crestfallen as he walks off. Abbas ekes out another vital wicket. 131/7 18.6 to L Wood, Around, length and holds its line on middle, takes the bait, targets long-on and hasn't got all of it, safely pouched by a stern-looking Jamal, made it look extremely easy as Abbas finishes with a superb spell, 3/30. Luke Wood departs without making any substantial contribution. Wickets continue to tumble for Zalmi; they need some boundaries. 136/8

6.5 to T Kohler-Cadmore, Tremendous riposte! No surprise, have see Irfan Niazi take breathtaking catches and this was an absolute gem at long-on, sprinted in from the deep and lunged forward, pouching it, ball got stuck in his hands and Khushdil is very khush (happy). This was a tad slower on a length at middle, and he didn't get all of it,. 36/2 9.6 to Babar Azam, Quick delivery on middle, hit on the front pad; clearly taken by surprise by the quicker delivery. Given lbw by the on-field umpire. Doesn't seem like Babar has a strong case here; takes the review hoping against hope. He wanted to maneuver it away and missed the line, ball skidded on, Babar is already walking off, not waiting for the ball tracker, three reds and he is taking a long slow walk back to the pavilion but nevertheless it was a fine innings but he would have dearly liked to accelerate after a solid start. 67/3 15.6 to MJ Owen, Bowled a tremendous spell of course helped massively by the conditions; hasn't flighted the ball much and rushed batters. Lobbed up on a slightly shorter length, moves in a shade and beats his slog sweep; review taken but don't think a lot is going in his favor; Warner didn't have a proper shot and just sent it up. But it turns out to be a successful review, didn't spin much according to the tracker and also kept lower, three reds and one team is pleasantly surprised while the men in yellow seem baffled. 111/5

14.3 to Hussain Talat, Wanted to try again and it came off the leading edge, spooned it up and Aamer Jamal takes the simplest of the catches after his follow-through; massive celebration with boiling aggression and gestures him to remain silent, very animated. Rolled his fingers on it and Talat mistimed the dinky shot. 104/4 |

0.1 to TL Seifert, Action straightway; on a length and gets it to nip back sharply, he lunges and crouches, trying his best to negate the movement and there were perhaps two sounds and after a long meeting, a review has been taken. Nothing on ultra-edge as the ball thumps the pads, pitching in line, impact in line and hitting wickets. Dream start for Zalmi Pitched it up and no sighters for the belligerent opening batter. 0/1 2.5 to JM Vince, Fat top-edge and Haris seldom shells skiers! Short of length delivery angled in, wanted to cart it over deep square, got the edge and Haris settled underneath wonderfully and Zalmi have got another massive breakthrough. Luke gets his second; it's been a scorching spell from him. 19/2 16.3 to DA Warner, CASTLED! Huuuugeeee breakthrough! Luke Wood is having a fantastic day! Just like he started the rot in the powerplay, comes back to dismiss the big fish Warner; a magnificent back of the hand slower one gets the better of KK's captain. Crackerjack, twist in the tale! And what a celebration, he took off, sprinting around and the whole team joins him but job not done yet. Warner admonishes himself. 119/6
4 | 0 | 36 | 1 | 9.00 | 7 | 5 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
17.5 to Abbas Afridi, Chipped in the air and swallowed by TKC at cover; rising steeply from back of a length, he larrups it in the air and the fielder runs back and pockets it well. Oh, this game keeps oscillating like a pendulum. 132/7
4 | 0 | 32 | 2 | 8.00 | 8 | 4 | 0 | 2 | 1 | |
5.3 to Saad Baig, Rears up from back of a length and targets leg-stump; rattles the leg-stump as Saad tries a ramp and is beaten by the pace. Ali into the wickets column again; so accurate and fast. Exciting to watch. Karachi Kings in a spot of bother; need a partnership and take the game deep. 42/3 18.1 to Aamer Jamal, Over the wicket, touch short and jags back at middle sharply, fails to work off the pads and it's a convincing appeal for an lbw, Tucker agrees and raises the dreaded finger. He has to take a review and he does. Nothing on the bat. Pitching in line, impact in line and just clipping the top of middle. Raza delivers the goods at such a critical juncture of the game, displays remarkable maturity for his age. This looked high though in real time. 133/8

12.5 to Mohammad Nabi, Straight down the throat of Samad at deep midwicket! Drops it short on off, had plenty of time to whack it wherever he wanted but he picks the man to perfection; needed some elevation and get fully under it. Zalmi doing the needful and making the task increasingly challenging for KK. 89/5
